Which shipping option should I select?

Flat Rate options
For smaller items or orders likely to be under 5kg, you can select one of the flat rate options and we'll dispatch your order as soon as possible if there are no issues.

General option
For larger items likely to exceed 5kg, please either select the general Standard Delivery option (not flat rate) or contact us before placing the order.

If additional shipping fees are required, we'll contact you before proceeding further. Please check you have provided the correct contact details for your order.

Can I pick up my order?

Please contact us before placing an order so we can arrange either a collection from our warehouse or delivery to the nearest courier depot.

After your order is received, we will contact you to arrange a suitable collection time and date.

To collect from an available courier depot, a shipping fee may apply to process the order for delivery to the courier depot. If possible, please specify the courier name and depot address as an order note at Checkout. 

Can I arrange my own courier to collect?

You are welcome to arrange your own courier to collect. Please include this as an order note in Checkout and we will contact you to make arrangements.

Is express delivery available for my area?

Express delivery is generally available for:

  • Australia-wide if the order is for smaller items less than 5kg*
    or
  • Victoria* (eligible suburbs only)

Before placing an order for larger items to be express delivered in Victoria, please contact us before placing an order.

My order hasn't arrived yet, how long does it take for delivery?

Tracking number
Most orders are dispatched with a tracking number which can be entered into the courier's website to view the delivery progress.

If you have not received this tracking number, please reach out to us by completing the contact form.

Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
Unless a scheduled date has been specifically arranged prior to delivery, a courier will normally provide an ETA. ETA is calculated from the date a courier has collected the goods from our warehouse and can be subject to change if there are order issues or unexpected delivery issues.

Our couriers provide the following estimated lead times from the date of courier collection / dispatch from our warehouse:

Standard Delivery

  • VIC: Up to ~5 working days*
  • Interstate: Up to ~7 working days*

Express Delivery

  • VIC: Up to ~2 working days* or a specifically booked date if arranged prior*
  • Interstate: Up to ~3 working days*

If express delivery is selected for your order, we will aim to dispatch for express delivery via our couriers.

Please note booked delivery dates or time frames are not guaranteed and can be subject to change or cancellation. ETA may be extended for deliveries to rural or remote areas.

Do I need to sign for delivery?

Contactless deliveries
Couriers may make a contactless delivery if it is safe to do so or you've provided express authority to leave the goods unattended. You can include ATL instructions in your order note at Checkout before completing the order.

Signature required
If you require a signature for delivery, please include this as an order note.

For multi-level buildings, some commercial addresses and other addresses where it is not feasible to leave the goods on-site, the courier may require a signature for delivery.

Your order may be delivered to a local post office or depot for you to collect within 5-7 business days. If the goods are not collected in time, the courier will return the goods back to our warehouse which will incur an additional Return to Sender "RTS" fee for the failed delivery.

Heavy items
For orders of heavy items, our courier will normally require a person to be on-site to receive delivery and assist with unloading.
